A new vision for connected living in Creve Coeur is part of the conversation about the future of St. Louis County.
Olia Village is featured in Ladue News’ October 2, 2026 story exploring how mixed-use communities are reshaping St. Louis County. Written by Connie Mitchell, the feature highlights the growing interest in neighborhoods that bring homes, businesses and shared outdoor spaces closer together.
For Olia Village, that vision is taking shape on the former Bayer campus along Olive Boulevard in Creve Coeur. Developed by Jack Matthews Development and Fireside Financial, the 96-acre project is planned to bring together residential options, retail, restaurants, office space and a hotel in a pedestrian-oriented setting.
A neighborhood built around everyday connections
Olia Village’s planned Main Street design puts walkability at the center of the community. Apartments and townhomes will offer different ways to make a home here, while nearby shops, dining and places to work are intended to make daily life more convenient.
The Ladue News feature also highlights the planning behind the project, including the city’s work to update its land-use framework and respond to neighboring residents. Green buffers, pedestrian trails and gathering spaces are among the elements described for the future community.
Part of the 39 North community
Located within Creve Coeur’s 39 North AgTech Innovation District, Olia Village will add new living, dining and gathering opportunities to an area known for agricultural technology and innovation. The goal is a place where residents, people working nearby and visitors can spend more of their day in one connected neighborhood.
