Our approach
We are working to make Olia Village information and inquiry paths usable by people with disabilities. Our accessibility review target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is an improvement target, not a claim of full conformance or certification.
Measures taken
Recent improvements include keyboard focus indicators, readable text and contrast, form labels and instructions, image descriptions, clearer headings and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Keyboard navigation and mobile browser layouts have been checked, along with automated checks on representative pages.
Current limitations
Automated checks do not identify every accessibility barrier. A complete review with screen readers, other assistive technology and physical devices remains ongoing. Older documents and third-party websites linked from this site may have different accessibility features. Conceptual images and project plans may require a text explanation or another format.
Report a barrier or request information
Our current online feedback route is the contact form. Choose General Question and describe the page, what you were trying to do and the barrier you encountered. You can also request information in another format. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful only if relevant; please do not include confidential information.
If you cannot complete the form yourself, someone assisting you may submit a request on your behalf. Include your preferred way to receive a response in the message.
Ongoing review
We will continue to review the website as content and features change. This statement records the scope and limitations of the review as of the date above.
