Privacy
Effective November 1, 2026.
This notice explains how information is handled through the Olia Village project website and its inquiry forms.
Information you provide
Forms collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, company or firm, inquiry type, message and project, space or housing interests. Telephone and secondary planning details are optional where labeled. Please provide only what is needed for your inquiry. Do not submit payment information, financial statements, identification documents or other sensitive records.
Inquiry records also include the submission time, page and form, and technical details such as IP address and browser information.
How we use and share information
Information is used to understand and respond to your request, identify the appropriate project representative, maintain inquiry records and help protect the website from misuse.
Development, retail, restaurant and hospitality inquiries are routed to designated L3 representatives. Office inquiries are routed to designated Cushman & Wakefield representatives. Resident-interest, media and general inquiries are routed to the project team. An acknowledgment is addressed to the email you provide. Project representatives and service providers may process information to handle the inquiry and support the website and communications.
Registering resident interest does not reserve a home or establish availability. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or give separate consent to marketing.
Website services, cookies and technical information
The website uses WordPress, Elementor, hosting and email services to display content, store inquiries and support communications. CleanTalk browser-check components are used to help identify automated traffic. Depending on the enabled protection features, CleanTalk may process IP addresses, browser or device details, interaction signals and submitted form information to assess spam or misuse. See CleanTalk’s privacy information.
Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies may support sessions, form functionality and security checks. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser; restricting them may affect some functions. Images or other web assets loaded from external services can disclose technical request information to those services. External links lead to websites with their own privacy practices.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics through the cookie banner, the website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, such as pages viewed and successful inquiries. Google may process browser and device information, approximate location, online identifiers and interaction data. We do not intentionally include inquiry names, email addresses, telephone numbers or message text in analytics events.
You can decline analytics or change your choice using Cookie preferences. Analytics is optional; declining it does not prevent you from using the inquiry forms. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records and related correspondence are retained according to the purpose of the inquiry, ongoing project discussions and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical logs and backup copies may follow separate retention cycles.
Use the contact form and select General Question to ask a privacy question, correct your details, request deletion or ask about a resident-interest record. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not send sensitive documents. Verification may be needed before a request is handled. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or address an ongoing matter. Applicable privacy rights depend on the circumstances and law.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the website and its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Contact the project team through the inquiry form with questions.
