Olia Village’s development story reached an early milestone on November 7, 2024, when the project held its groundbreaking ceremony in Creve Coeur. Fireside Financial documented the occasion in a November 22 announcement.
The ceremony introduced the broader vision for a mixed-use community bringing together homes, workplaces, shops, restaurants and shared spaces. It marked the beginning of a long-term development process, rather than the opening of finished buildings or amenities.
