On August 7, 2025, Schnuck Markets announced plans for a replacement Creve Coeur store within the Olia Village mixed-use development.

The company described an approximately 68,000-square-foot store beside its existing location at Olive Boulevard and North Spoede Road. The planned store would replace the smaller location, which Schnucks said had opened in 1967.

The announcement identified the future store as an anchor for Olia Village. It did not establish a grand opening date. This retrospective preserves the announcement as it was made; it does not confirm today’s construction schedule or future store amenities.
