The spaces between buildings

A memorable neighborhood is more than its buildings. Sidewalks, landscaping and places to pause can make everyday walks more inviting and create opportunities for neighbors to meet.

Olia Village’s vision brings homes, workplaces, shopping, dining and shared outdoor spaces together in a planned 96-acre community. Pedestrian connections are central to that vision.

Parks and gathering places

Small green spaces and plazas can provide a welcome break between destinations. Seating, shade and comfortable routes are useful considerations as those spaces are designed. Final park names, amenities, dimensions and opening dates will be shared when confirmed.

Walking connections

A connected village should make it easier to move between daily destinations on foot. The final trail routes, lengths and connections remain subject to the approved plans and project phasing. This article is not a route map or an announcement that paths are open.

Art and community life

Art, seasonal activities and community gatherings can add character to shared spaces. Specific installations, programming and event dates have not been announced here. Check News for confirmed project announcements.
